Most of these you just enter your bitcoin address and a captcha and you get free bitcoins.  To save on fees the save your payment to a service like microwallet then one you reach a certain amount they deposit the sum to your bitcoin wallet.  Honestly it's not a lot of money but if you want to get some satoshi (smallest bitcoin denomination) in your wallet and don't want to spend any money this is the way to go.  Unless you have a nice GPU in your PC then you could always try your hand at mining. Time Warner Cable, in Evansville area you now have live TV and Video on demand from your mobile devices And PC

If you have TWC in or around the Evansville area you can now watch live TV and video on demand from your Android/iPhone/iPad or PC.  The DVR functions don't seem to be ready yet and they are not advertising it but if you sign in to your account on the Android app, the IOS app, or TWCTV.com you can watch live TV and VOD from your home network.  There are a few live TV channels available of you are away from your home network, and I believe Verizon has a deal with Time Warner to provide content on the go. 

For The HBO and Cinemax subscribers the are there go services that let you watch a great deal of content anywhere from your devices.
